General
I work best drawing in an artstyle that can be describe as cartoonish-anime (Simple and a bit-Messy). Meanwhile, the genres/theme I am alright with drawing are cute/wholesome themes, innocent/unclean romance themes or comfort horror adjacent themes. Although other styles and genres that aren't mentioned here are skills/themes I’m certain I am incompetent of drawing. You may ask me further questions/clarification if an artstyle/theme you have in mind might fit in the ones mention.I cannot draw realistic/realism or mecha artstyles, I am not confident i can draw them to your satisfaction. I also do not draw themes that are related to: discriminating/defaming other people, political topics, close & beyond “deaddove do not eat” and especially when all those are reference real-life events or people. If any of these and topics that are against my moral and values are mention in the request, it will automatically be rejected.
Payment
To ensure we are both secured, the payment must be in a 50%(half) down payment before starting your commission. In my part, it help ensures that the progress of sketching the draft of the commission is time well spent and you the client get a comfort of seeing the artwork being made and no full payment without progress.
Revision
Revisions are limited, you only got 3 in the sketch/planning stage and 3 for the middle progress of the artwork (not fully rendered but has lineart and based color on it). An additional charge will be issued per redo.
COMMUNICATION
Communication will be conducted using DMs. Either in VGen, Ko-fi or Twitter(X) and Tumblr but in the request form. Please add you @ in that social media so i can directly message you.
Deadline and Delivery
I cannot accept rushed commissions that requires me to draw them under 1 day.
If there is ever a halt or sudden slowness in the progression of the artwork’s completion, I will communicate what are the specifics as to why, these are usually due to life events. (Ex. Got fever or a family emergency).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Even though I retain shared rights to your commissioned peace, like posting or using the finish drawing for my portfolio for future commission.Please inform me in the request form or in DM while the commission is being made if the drawing is for a special event and when its safe to post the drawing to the public to prevent it from being “spoiled”.
USE
Commercial use (streaming and content creation) is included in your purchase. Merchandising fees are set as an option, and will require a 20% fee on top of the final commission price.Personal use: Please do not claim the commissioned work is done or drawn by your hand and Do not use my work to feed into any AI software.
REFUNDS
The only times Refunds can be request is if I don’t show any progress/work done with the commission.
50% refund if the last part/finish commission isn’t shown/sent in your DMs for a week with no explanation.
100% if no progress at all from beginning stage for a week with no explanation as to why in messages.
